Preheat the Ninja Foodi by setting it to the air crisp function at 200 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Prepare the chicken breasts by making a pocket in each one. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
Stuff each chicken breast with the zucchini and basil mixture, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Brush the outside of the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the air crisp basket of the Ninja Foodi.
Cook the chicken breasts using the air crisp function for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown on the outside. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius.
Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving, removing toothpicks if used.
