In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add 500 grams of ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the spices are well combined with the beef.
Warm 4 tortillas in a separate pan or microwave. To assemble, spoon the seasoned beef into each tortilla, top with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, and garnish with lime wedges and chopped cilantro.
