In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté 1 diced bell pepper for 5 minutes until softened.
Add 2 cups of cooked black beans, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and salt to taste. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the juice of 1 lime and 0.25 cup of chopped cilantro.
Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
Assemble the tacos by spooning the bean mixture into the warmed tortillas and topping with additional cilantro, lime wedges, and your choice of salsa.
