Thin crispy flatbread topped with spiced minced lamb and vegetables, often called Turkish pizza. It's perfect for casual dining and incredibly popular street food in Turkey.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
In a large bowl, combine minced lamb, onion, tomato, bell pepper, parsley, tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a thin circle, about 0.25 cm thick.
Spread a thin layer of the lamb mixture evenly over each piece of dough.
Place the prepared flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges are crispy.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh herbs such as parsley or mint.
