Lean turkey meatballs with hidden grated zucchini, carrots, and spinach, baked and served with a protein-rich Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine turkey mince, grated zucchini, grated carrots, chopped spinach, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix well.
Serve the meatballs warm with the tzatziki sauce on the side for dipping.
