Pound the pork cutlets to about 1 centimeter thickness.
Season the pork cutlets with salt and black pepper.
Prepare three bowls: one with all-purpose flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
Coat each pork cutlet in flour, dip in beaten egg, then press into panko to cover completely.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the pork cutlets for about 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the pork cutlets and drain on paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, wasabi paste, and lime juice to create the spicy wasabi mayonnaise.
Slice the mini burger buns in half and lightly toast if desired.
Spread wasabi mayonnaise on each side of the buns.
Assemble the sliders by placing a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, and a pork cutlet on each bun.
Serve immediately.
