Set the Ninja Foodi to 'Sauté' mode and allow it to preheat.
Season the chicken thighs with salt and cinnamon.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil into the Foodi and sear the chicken thighs on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add the remaining olive oil to the Foodi, then add the diced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the diced sweet potatoes and apple pieces to the Foodi, and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Return the chicken thighs to the Foodi, nestling them among the sweet potatoes and apples.
Pour the bone broth over the chicken and vegetables.
Close the lid, set the Ninja Foodi to 'Pressure Cook' on high, and cook for 20 minutes.
Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before carefully opening the lid.
Serve the braised chicken with sweet potatoes and apples on a plate, spooning some of the broth over the top.
