Bell peppers stuffed with a delicious mixture of ground beef, rice, and spices.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Set aside.
In a skillet, cook 500 g of ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add 1 cup of cooked rice, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper to the skillet and mix well.
Stuff each bell pepper with the beef and rice mixture and place them in a baking dish.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
