A simple and delicious sheet-pan meal featuring seasoned beef, roasted baby potatoes, and green beans, all cooked together for a hearty and gluten-free dinner.

Preheat the oven to 220.0 degrees Celsius (425.0 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes with 2.0 tablespoons of olive oil, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.25 teaspoons of black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a sheet-pan and roast in the oven for 15.0 minutes.
While the potatoes are roasting, season the ground beef with 1.0 teaspoon of garlic powder, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.25 teaspoons of black pepper. Mix well.
After 15.0 minutes, remove the sheet-pan from the oven and add the seasoned ground beef and green beans to the pan.
Drizzle the remaining 1.0 tablespoon of olive oil over the green beans and season with a little more salt and pepper to taste.
Return the sheet-pan to the oven and roast for an additional 10.0 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.
