A quick and easy Chinese-American stir-fry featuring chicken in a sweet-savory soy glaze with garlic and ginger, served over steamed rice.

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil, then add minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet along with 0.5 cup of soy sauce, 0.25 cup of honey, and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve the sesame chicken over steamed rice and garnish with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.
