A delicious and comforting pot roast made with sliced beef, seasoned and roasted to perfection.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
In a large oven-safe pot, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until melted. Add 500g of sliced beef to the pot and sear until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Remove the beef from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, add 1 diced bell pepper and 2 cups of baby potatoes, cooking for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
Return the beef to the pot and add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Stir to combine.
Cover the pot with a lid and place it in the oven. Roast for 45 minutes or until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
Remove the pot from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve warm.
