Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
While the salmon is cooking, chop the arugula and dice the avocado. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Once the salmon is cooked, let it cool slightly before flaking it into large pieces and adding it to the bowl with arugula and avocado.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and gently toss to combine.
