In a large bowl, combine the beef mince, collagen powder, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into medium-sized meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
Once the meatballs are browned, add the marinara sauce to the skillet. Cover and simmer on low heat for 12 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve the meatballs over your choice of pasta or with crusty bread, garnished with parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
