Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75 degrees Celsius (165 degrees Fahrenheit) and the skin is crispy and golden.
