A healthier take on the classic fish and chips, featuring flaky fish and crispy baked potatoes.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
Wash and cut the baby potatoes into wedges, then toss them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
Place the potatoes in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
While the potatoes are baking, prepare the fish. Season the cod fillets with salt, black pepper, and a sprinkle of chili powder.
After 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet, stir the potatoes, and place the seasoned fish on the same sheet. Drizzle the fish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the potatoes are golden and crispy.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro if desired.
