A fusion of Moroccan flavors on a flatbread with a whipped feta base, harissa-spiced lamb, pistachios, raisins, and a drizzle of honey and za'atar.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
In a bowl, combine ground lamb and harissa paste. Mix well and set aside.
In a separate bowl, whip together feta cheese and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Spread the whipped feta mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
Top the flatbreads with the harissa lamb mixture, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle chopped pistachios and raisins over the lamb.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the lamb is cooked and the edges of the flatbread are golden.
Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey and sprinkle za'atar over the top.
Slice and serve warm.
