Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped parsley, ground coriander, and salt. Mix until just combined.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 5 centimeters in diameter.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
While the meatballs are baking, cook the basmati rice according to the package instructions.
Serve the turkey meatballs over the cooked rice, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
