Place the baby potatoes at the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot.
Place a trivet over the potatoes and arrange the salmon fillets on the trivet.

Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, steam the green beans separately until tender.
Once the Instant Pot cooking time is complete, quick release the pressure.
Serve the salmon with potatoes and steamed green beans.
