Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the fillets with the garlic butter mixture.
On the same baking sheet, add the green beans and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter mixture. Toss to coat.
