Spiced ground meat keema with aromatic onions, ginger-garlic, and fresh coriander on a crispy pizza base, topped with melted cheese.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, ginger, and garlic to the pan and sauté until the onion turns golden brown.
Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Stir in the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes on medium heat.
Spread the cooked keema evenly over the pizza bases.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the keema.
Place the pizza bases on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
