Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a small bowl, mix the cumin, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Rub this spice blend over the turkey tenderloin evenly.
In a large bowl, toss the baby potatoes and bell peppers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
