In a skillet over medium heat, cook 500g of ground turkey until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper to the turkey, mixing well. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of arugula, 1 cup of diced bell peppers, and 1 cup of diced tomatoes. Add the cooked turkey on top.
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of lime juice and toss to combine.
Serve the salad in warm tortillas and top with 0.25 cup of chopped cilantro and salsa to taste.
