Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Season the pork chops with a sprinkle of salt, black pepper, and a dash of cayenne pepper on both sides.
Slice the apples into wedges and toss them with a little bit of olive oil and cinnamon.
Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145F.
While the pork chops are grilling, add the apple wedges to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are tender and have grill marks.
