In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, and black pepper to create a marinade.
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
While the chicken is marinating, wash and trim the asparagus, then toss with a bit of olive oil and black pepper.
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 75°C.
In the last 5 minutes of grilling, add the asparagus to the grill, cooking until tender and slightly charred.
Serve the grilled chicken with the asparagus on the side.
