Preheat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, 0.5 cup of green chile sauce, and 0.5 cup of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up tightly, and place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour the remaining green chile sauce over the rolled enchiladas and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, and serve hot.
