Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Cut the baby potatoes in half and add them to the bowl with the chicken. Toss until the potatoes are well coated with the marinade.
Arrange the chicken and potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet or in a roasting pan.
