In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat until melted.
Add 4 cloves of minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are bright green and tender-crisp.
Push the broccoli to the side of the skillet and add the shrimp, cooking for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
Season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, and 0.5 teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Stir everything together to combine and cook for an additional minute.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
