Deliciously crunchy tofu bites, seasoned with nutritional yeast and spices, air-fried to perfection.

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture by wrapping it in a clean towel and placing a heavy object on top for 10 minutes.
Cut the tofu into 2.5 cm cubes and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well.
Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and gently toss until each piece is evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees Celsius.
Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd them.
Air fry the tofu cubes for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until they are crispy and golden brown.
Serve the crispy tofu bites immediately as a snack or add them to your favorite salads or grain bowls.
