Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute or until the cheese is melted. Stir to combine.
Add almond flour and egg to the melted cheese and mix until a dough forms. Roll out the dough on the prepared baking sheet to form a pizza base.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes or until it begins to turn golden.
While the crust is baking, heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they are tender and slightly browned.
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread the creamy mushroom and spinach mixture over the top.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Slice and serve hot.
