Delicious Italian-American pasta featuring chicken in a rich garlic-parmesan cream sauce.

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper.
Lower the heat and add 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in 1 cup of cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Serve immediately, garnished with additional parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
