Place the tomato sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, kosher salt, black pepper, ground allspice, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and cayenne pepper in a small saucepan and stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool completely before transferring to an airtight container.
