In a large bowl, combine kale and 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil. Massage the kale for about 2 minutes until it becomes tender.
In a separate bowl, mix the chickpeas, garlic powder, aji seasoning, and 0.5 tablespoon of olive oil. Stir to coat the chickpeas evenly.
Add the seasoned chickpeas to the kale. Toss in the lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
