Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large pot, cook 250 grams of arborio rice according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 500 grams of cooked shredded chicken and cook until heated through.
Stir in 1 cup of cream, 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Add the cooked rice to the skillet and stir until the rice is coated with the sauce.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with 100 grams of cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
