A flavorful pita filled with grilled chicken, fresh vegetables, and a creamy garlic sauce. Note: for garlic toum feel free to substitute a hummus or something similar!

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a bowl, combine the chicken breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from heat and let it rest.
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the garlic toum by combining garlic cloves, lemon juice, and salt in a food processor. Slowly drizzle in the almond milk while blending until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Slice the grilled chicken into strips. Prepare the pita by warming it slightly on the grill for about 1 minute on each side.
Assemble the pita by placing the sliced chicken, diced cucumber, chopped tomato, and sliced red onion inside each pita. Drizzle with garlic toum and serve immediately.
