A delicious Tex-Mex casserole featuring layers of seasoned chicken, tortillas, and cheese, baked until bubbly and golden.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a large skillet, cook 500g of shredded chicken over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, and salt to taste. Stir until the chicken is well coated and heated through.
In a baking dish, layer 4 tortillas on the bottom, then spread half of the chicken mixture over them. Sprinkle 100g of cheddar cheese on top.
Repeat with another layer of tortillas, the remaining chicken, and another 100g of cheddar cheese. Top with the last layer of tortillas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
