Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine chicken breast, bell peppers, and asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Cut four large pieces of aluminum foil. Divide the chicken and vegetable mixture among the foil pieces and fold the foil to create sealed packets.
Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Remove from the grill, carefully open the packets (steam will escape), and serve hot.
