Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit).
On a baking sheet, toss chopped bell peppers, asparagus, and broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly and roast for 20 minutes until caramelized.
While the vegetables are roasting, form ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
In the last few minutes of cooking, toast the burger buns on the grill until golden.
