Crispy fried chicken wings coated in spicy buffalo sauce served with a side of buttery dipping sauce.

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with the cajun seasoning and black pepper until evenly coated.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 180 degrees Celsius. Carefully add the chicken wings in batches and fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the hot sauce until well blended. Once the wings are done, toss them in the buffalo sauce until fully coated. Serve immediately.
