Cook 1 cup of basmati rice according to package instructions and set aside.
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add 500 g of chicken breast, seasoned with 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper and 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
Remove the chicken from the skillet and toss it in 0.5 cup of buffalo sauce until fully coated.
In the same skillet, add 2 cups of broccoli florets and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
To assemble the bowls, divide the cooked rice among 4 bowls. Top each bowl with buffalo chicken, sautéed broccoli, and 0.5 cup of diced bell peppers. Drizzle with additional buffalo sauce if desired.
