Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in the buffalo sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes, letting the chicken absorb the flavors.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the buffalo chicken. Stir in the remaining butter, cherry tomatoes, Greek yogurt, and blue cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through and well combined.
Serve hot, garnished with chives and additional buffalo sauce if desired.
