Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large skillet, cook 500g of ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add 1 chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon of curry powder, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt to the beef. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in 1 tablespoon of chutney, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 0.5 cup of milk. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs and 0.5 cup of milk until well combined. Stir in the beef mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the custard is set and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with rice and chutney.
