A quick and delicious Chinese-American stir-fry featuring beef and broccoli in a sweet-savory soy glaze.

In a bowl, combine 0.5 cup of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger. Mix well and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add 500 g of sliced beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
Add 300 g of broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is bright green and tender-crisp.
Pour the soy sauce mixture over the beef and broccoli. Stir to coat everything evenly and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice and top with chopped scallions for garnish.
