Cook 1 cup of brown rice according to package instructions.
While the rice is cooking, season 500 g of chicken breast with 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, then grill or pan-sear until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
Once the chicken is cooked, brush with 0.5 cup of barbecue sauce and let it caramelize for 2 minutes on low heat.
Chop 1 cup of broccoli into small florets and steam or sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
Assemble the bowls by placing a base of brown rice, topping with sliced BBQ chicken, steamed broccoli, and 0.5 cup of diced bell peppers.
