Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
If using pork belly, slice it thinly. If using tofu, cut into thin strips. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix the hoisin sauce with a bit of water to thin it out slightly.
Spread the hoisin sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the hoisin sauce.
Arrange the thinly sliced pork belly or tofu over the cheese.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
While the pizza is baking, combine the pickled carrots and daikon in a bowl.
Remove the pizza from the oven. Top with pickled carrot and daikon, fresh cilantro, and sliced jalapeños.
Finish with a light sprinkle of crushed peanuts on top before serving.
