In a large mixing bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper.
Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss them until each piece is evenly coated with the spice mix.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
Arrange the sweet potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook the wedges for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until they are golden brown and crispy.
