Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add them to the skillet and sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced zucchini and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Return the chicken to the skillet, stirring to combine with the zucchini. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
