A delicious vegetarian pizza featuring a crispy cauliflower crust topped with fresh tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and basil.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (425 degrees Fahrenheit).
In a food processor, pulse cauliflower florets until they resemble rice. Microwave for 5 minutes, then let cool.
Once cooled, place cauliflower in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture. Combine with almond milk, cheese, and spices in a bowl.
Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping it into a round crust about 0.5 cm thick.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden and crisp.
Remove the crust from the oven and spread tomato sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and fresh basil.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
