Preheat the air fryer to 375ºF.
Trim the Brussels sprouts and halve any that are larger than 1-inch wide.
In a medium bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil and kosher salt.
Add the Brussels sprouts to the air fryer in a single layer and air fry for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Optional: While the Brussels sprouts cook, finely chop the shallot and melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl or saucepan.
