Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast pieces and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
Add the broccoli florets to the pan with the chicken and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender.
Reduce the heat to medium, pour the Alfredo sauce over the chicken and broccoli, and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Add the cooked fettuccine noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well-coated with the sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
